MORRIS & CO THISTLE CUSHION COVER in Linen & Black Colourway.
J. H. Dearle designed 'Thistle' in 1897 as a block printed wallpaper and for the first time it has been adapted into a fabric using a technique of discharge printing on pre-dyed linen a method often used by Morris & Co. in the 19th century.
Today it looks graphic and modern.
The cushion covers are backed co-ordinating dark cream linen with a concealed zip on the bottom seam.
This elegant and vintage design is is printed on soft cotton and would make a wonderful addition to any home.
