A charming design by Alison Gee in 2013 Love Is Enough pays tribute to Morris's many skills as a writer, poet and typographer. The title phrase of Morris Morality play Love Is Enough published in 1872 appears in Morris's own typeface from the Kelmscott Press. He established the Kelmscott Press in 1891 in the coach house at his home Kelmscott House in Chiswick London and went on to product exquisite books that rank very highly in the history of printing. Over it's eight years of operation The Kelmscott Press produced 53 titles on either fine handmade papers or vellum. Love Is Enough fabric is a cotton print with a delicate leaf pattern based on the wall design in the Green Dining Room at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
The cushion covers are backed in Cream linen with a concealed zip on the bottom seam.
This elegant and vintage design is is printed on soft cotton and would make a wonderful addition to any home.
